1983. It has also been
winning awards for many a year.
Currently
run by Helen and
Vincent Taylor, this neat attractive North Yorkshire Freehouse has been serving
travellers for 200 years , the
food is of a very high quality, the drinks are well
kept, the service is polite and efficient, and what is
on offer is excellent value for money.
An
award-winning Country Inn, the Fox and Hounds is set in the sleepy
village of Carthorpe, close to the A1 trunk road, yet far enough
away to enjoy country life to the full.
